Extra Charges No charges of any kind, including charges for boxing or cartage, will be allowed unless specifically agreed by Xxxxx in writing. Pricing by weight, where applicable, covers net weight of Goods, unless otherwise agreed.
Public Charges 3.06.1 Any anonymous or unsubstantiated public complaint shall not be used in a member’s evaluation or included in a member’s personnel file. If the administration decides that a complaint received about a member is not serious enough to warrant a meeting with the member, subsequent evaluations shall contain no reference to the complaint.

Criminal Charges If at any time after Severance Benefits become payable hereunder and prior to the completion of the payment of such benefits Officer is charged with a felony, or other crime involving moral turpitude, which crime relates to activities of Officer occurring during the period Officer was employed by Company or its predecessor(s) under this Agreement, then Company may suspend such payments until such criminal charge is resolved. Company shall resume payments and make any retroactive payments (with interest on such retroactive payments at the rate provided in Section 1274(d)(2)(B) of the Code) commencing at the time such payments would have been made absent suspension under this Section (3)(B)(v) after such criminal charge is resolved; provided, however, that such payments shall cease and no further payments shall be made at any time Officer is convicted of, or enters a guilty plea to, such crime by or before a court of competent jurisdiction.
The Commission 1. The Contracting Parties hereby establish within the framework of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") a Commission to be known as the General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission"), for the purpose of exercising the functions and discharging the responsibilities set forth in Article III below.

The Company shall pay all Transfer Agent fees required for same-day processing of any Notice of Exercise and all fees to the Depository Trust Company (or another established clearing corporation performing similar functions) required for same-day electronic delivery of the Warrant Shares.
VAT (a) All amounts expressed to be payable under a Finance Document by any Party to a Finance Party which (in whole or in part) constitute the consideration for any supply for VAT purposes are deemed to be exclusive of any VAT which is chargeable on that supply, and accordingly, subject to paragraph (b) below, if VAT is or becomes chargeable on any supply made by any Finance Party to any Party under a Finance Document and such Finance Party is required to account to the relevant tax authority for the VAT, that Party must pay to such Finance Party (in addition to and at the same time as paying any other consideration for such supply) an amount equal to the amount of the VAT (and such Finance Party must promptly provide an appropriate VAT invoice to that Party).
CAISO Charges (a) Seller shall assume all liability and reimburse Buyer for any and all CAISO Penalties incurred by Buyer because of Seller’s failure to perform any covenant or obligation set forth in this Agreement. Buyer shall assume all liability and reimburse Seller for any and all CAISO Penalties incurred by Seller as a result of Buyer’s actions, including those resulting in a Buyer Curtailment Period.
