The amounts to be paid by the Allottee towards Extra Charges are enumerated hereunder; Transformer Charges & Electricity Charges & Generator Charges NB: the amount to be incurred towards individual electric meter is to be paid directly by the Allottee to the Competent Electric supply corporation.
The applicable Taxes payable on the Extra Charges as determined from time to time (“Extra Charges Taxes”).
In addition thereto the Allottee has agreed to pay the Extra Charges and Deposits and the Taxes all hereinafter collectively referred to as "Total Price".
