Buyer and Industry Standards and Policies. 7.1 Seller will conform to all quality control and other standards and inspection systems as established or directed by Xxxxx and/or Buyer’s customer for goods and services similar to the Products. These include, without limitation, quality control policies, ISO 9001:2000 or ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality certification, OHSAS 18001 health and safety certification and ISO 14001 environmental certification including registration. Seller will also participate in Buyer’s supplier quality and development programs as directed by Xxxxx. These programs and standards may be obtained by contacting Xxxxx’s assigned purchasing representative. If there is a conflict between any part of the above programs or standards and an express provision of the Terms of the Order, the Terms of the Order will control. 7.2 For Products used in motor vehicle manufacturing, Seller agrees to meet the full requirements of industry Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) as specified by Buyer and (as applicable) Buyer’s customer(s) and agrees to present this information to Xxxxx upon request at the level requested. 7.3 To the extent any of the standards, policies or systems cited above are amended, supplemented or replaced, Seller shall comply with any such amended, supplemented or replaced standards, policies or systems.

  • LICENSES AND STANDARDS 11 CONTRACTOR warrants that it and its personnel, described in Paragraph 27 of 12 this Agreement, who are subject to individual registration and/or licensing requirements, have all 13 necessary licenses and permits required by the laws of the United States, State of California 14 (hereinafter referred to as “State”), County of Orange, and all other appropriate governmental 15 agencies to perform the services described in this Agreement, and agrees to maintain, and require 16 its personnel to maintain, these licenses and permits in effect for the duration of this Agreement.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Compliance with Laws and Policies In carrying out the terms of this Agreement, both Parties shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and rules, DSRIP Requirements, and the CNYCC Compliance Program.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All Projects/Services shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the Director.
