ISO 14001 means AS/NZS ISO 14001, Environmental Management Systems, Standards Xxxxxxxxx, 0000, as amended from time to time;

  • EWG means an exempt wholesale generator under 15 U.S.C. § 79z-5a, as amended from time to time.

  • Minimum Standards means standards of practice that interpret the legal definition of nursing as well as provide criteria against which violations of the law can be determined.
