Buyer’s Expense. Buyer shall, at Xxxxx's expense, promptly execute all documents and take any other steps necessary to procure a mortgage loan from Xxxxx’s Lender. Any delays caused by Xxxxx's Lender, whether a result of Buyer's conduct or not, shall constitute a default by Buyer.

Buyer’s Expense. Buyer shall pay at the time of the Closing, IN CASH OR CERTIFIED FUNDS, one-half of the escrow closing fee, Buyer’s recording fees, Oklahoma sales tax (if any), and all other funds required form Buyer set forth in this Contract.

Buyer’s Expense. Buyer shall, at Xxxxx’s sole expense, execute all documents necessary to procure a mortgage loan from any source selected by Xxxxx. Any delays caused by any lender of such mortgage loan (“Buyer’s Lender”), regardless of whether Buyer’s conduct caused such delay, shall constitute a default under the Agreement by Buyer and Seller shall be entitled to retain the Deposit as liquidated damages pursuant to Paragraph K below.

SELLER'S EXPENSE: Seller shall pay at the time of the Closing, documentary stamps required, one-half of the escrow closing fee. Seller's recording lees (if any). and all other expenses required from Seller set forth in this Contract.
