Buyer’s Nominations. (a) The Buyer shall nominate to the Sellers five (5) business days before the first day of the next Month the quantity of Sales Gas in SCM & MMBTU required for each Day of that Month, which shall be a quantity between 80% and 100% of the Daily Contract Quantity such quantity herein after referred as Monthly Nominated Quantity.
