Feedback Distributor shall provide Company with prompt written notification of any comments or complaints about the Products that are made by Customers, and of any problems with the Products or their use that Distributor becomes aware of. Such written notification shall be the property of Company, and shall be considered to be part of Company’s Confidential Information.

Commissioning preparation of a system or systems to allow hydrocarbons or other process fluids to be safely introduced into the system or systems for processing. In this phase testing will focus on systems, including utilities.
Excavation If any excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to or under the Building, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation license to enter the Premises for the purpose of performing such work as said person shall deem reasonably necessary to preserve and protect the Building from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations, without any claim for damages or liability against Landlord (except in the case of Landlord Parties’ willful misconduct or gross negligence) and without reducing or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Lease. Metering 1. If the Producer desires to sell electric power to the Company, the Company shall provide, own and maintain at the Producer's expense all necessary meters and associated equipment to be utilized for the measurement of energy and capacity for determining the Company's payment to the Producer pursuant to an applicable agreement.
Engineering Network engineering handles the technical aspects of the project, resolution of problems escalated by the NOC, planning for future network expansion, and improving performance and process. Engineering interacts directly with AOL and the NOC.
