Common use of By November Clause in Contracts

By November. 1st of the first year of this agreement, all newly hired Educators shall complete a professional learning activity about self-assessment and goal-setting satisfactory to the immediate supervisor. Any Educator hired after the November 1st date, and who has not previously completed such an activity, shall complete such a professional learning activity about self-assessment and goal-setting within three months of the date of hire. The district through the immediate supervisor shall determine the type and quality of the learning activity based on guidance provided by ESE.
