C allback. An employee who has left work and is called back to work after completion of his/her regular day's shift shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at one and one-half (1- 1/2) times the employee's regular straight-time hourly rate of pay; provided however, if the employee's regular shift starts less than three (3) hours from the time the employee started work on the callback, the employee shall receive one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's regular straight-time hourly rate of pay for only such time as occurs before the commencement of the employee's regular shift.
