Thank you for respecting the lease agreement the City of Toccoa has with the operators of Ping’s Grill. Any ADA allowances must be approved in advance by Event Facilities Staff. F IRE ALARMS: Renter is responsible for compliance with Georgia Fire Codes.  Any person discovering fire must call 911 immediately.  Immediately notify and evacuate all occupants and guests and notify Event Facilities Staff.  GA Code1-14.2: Prohibits alarm of fire when no fire exists.  GA Code 1-4.3: Prohibits any person to misrepresent facts for the purpose of interfering with the orderly operation of the fire department or with the intention of misleading any fire department personnel.  GA Code 1-15.1: No person shall render a system of any fire-extinguishing system, device or fire warning system inoperative or inaccessible. R ENTAL AND CATERING COMPANY: Equipment, furnishings, decorations, and other items provided by rental companies and caterers must not be in the building outside of designated rental block, unless otherwise specified in contract via written or typed addendum. S MOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the Reflections Event Center, Pavilion, the Lawn, or at the Boat House. Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas. F URNITURE: Furniture is not to be moved. All furniture and fixtures are to remain in place. CANCELLATIONS: A ll cancellations must be submitted in writing. Failure to notify event staff could result in forfeiture of any/all deposit. (Email will be accepted as written notice.) Cancellation penalty is due to event center inability to fill the space on such short notice and reflects the increasing difficulty of doing so the closer to rental date. Refunds are detailed below:  30 Days or More from Event Date: 100% of deposit refunded  Less than 30 Days from Event Date: No refund. P arking. Parking on the Employer's premises shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of the parking program for general employees in effect as of the execution date of this agreement, and as may be hereafter amended by the Employer during the term of this Agreement. P arking. Parking is permitted in designated parking areas only or by City parking permits which shall be obtained by Tenant. Parking/driving on grass areas or sidewalks is prohibited and may result in twenty-five ($25.00) fine per occurrence and the vehicle will be removed at the owner’s expense. Disabled or abandoned vehicles will be removed from the premises at the owner’s expense.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Parking Throughout the Lease Term, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use, free of charges, the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary, which parking spaces constitute the entirety of the parking under the Building and the adjacent surface parking, being all of the parking in the Project. Tenant shall comply with the Parking Rules and Regulations which are in effect on the date hereof, as set forth in the attached Exhibit D and all reasonable modifications and additions thereto which are prescribed from time to time for the orderly operation and use of the Parking Areas by Landlord, and/or Landlord’s Parking Operator (as defined below); provided that such modifications or alterations do not effect Tenant’s use of or access to the Parking Areas. Landlord specifically reserve the right to change the size, configuration, design, layout, of the Parking Areas, and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, temporarily close-off or restrict access to the Parking Areas, so long as Tenant retains access to the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary. Landlord may delegate its responsibilities hereunder to a parking operator (the “Parking Operator”) in which case the Parking Operator shall have all the rights of control attributed hereby to Landlord. Any parking tax or other charges imposed by governmental authorities in connection with the use of such parking shall be paid directly by Tenant or the parking users, or, if directly imposed against Landlord, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all such taxes and/or charges within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s demand therefor. The parking rights provided to Tenant pursuant to this Article 23 are provided solely for use by Tenant’s own personnel visitors and invitees and such rights may not be transferred, assigned, subleased or otherwise alienated by Tenant without Landlord’s prior approval, except in connection with an assignment of this Lease or sublease of the Premises made in accordance with Article 14 above.

  • Underground Utilities Any required ground digging or subsurface work shall be done in accordance with Chapter 556, Florida Statutes. It shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR to have all underground utilities located before any work begins (Sunshine State One Call 0-000-000-0000). The repairs of any damaged underground utilities as a result of the work being performed by CONTRACTOR shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR. The proper utility company shall be contacted immediately to expedite the repairs, if damage has occurred. CONTRACTOR will notify the COUNTY and provide a written explanation of the incident within two (2) days of the damage to any underground utilities.

  • Leaving the Building Employees may leave their assignments during the time encompassed by the employee’s workday upon receipt of permission from their principal, their supervisor, or the Employer’s appointed designee.
