Cabling and Wiring. The right to, place, lay and maintain over, under, along or upon the Council's Property in such locations and along such routes as may be agreed between the Council and the Provider (both Parties acting reasonably) such cables (to include fibre optic cables), wires, ducting, conducting media, and supports as are necessary for the proper functioning and operation of the Equipment together with the right to enter upon the Council's Property with workmen and all necessary machinery for the purpose of exercising this right, the Provider making good any damage thereby occasioned to the Council's Property to the reasonable satisfaction of the Council.
Cabling and Wiring. The Contractor shall provide and install all additional and replacement wire and/or cable necessary for the operation of the proposed system. The Contractor shall provide and install all wire and/or cable required at new facilities and may make a one-time/per facility charge against the commissions paid to the DOC/DJJ based upon actual cost of installation subject to DOC/DJJ approval. All wire and/or cable installed becomes the property of the DOC/DJJ.
Cabling and Wiring a. The Contractor provides all control system cabling as required by the Works.
b. The Contractor provides all control system wiring as required by the Works.
c. The DCS OEM, ABB, or any other ABB accredited contractor is utilised to perform any control system related cabling work as required by the Works. This is to ensure that all existing warrantees and guarantees are maintained and that all work is carried out according to the OEM best practices.
d. All cabling and wiring adheres to standard 240-56227443 Requirements for Control and Power Cables for
Cabling and Wiring. Tenant shall have the right for up to 15 days immediately prior to the Commencement Date to install cabling and wiring in the Premises at the same time that Landlord performs Xxxxxxxx’s Pre-Commencement Work. Landlord and Tenant shall use reasonable efforts to cooperate with each other so as to permit the other to work in the Premises at the same time. If the performance by Tenant of such work in the Premises interferes with the performance by Landlord of Landlord's Pre-Commencement Work, Landlord shall, notwithstanding the foregoing, have the right to notify Tenant of such interference (which notification may be oral) and Tenant shall immediately discontinue such interference. If the Substantial Completion of Landlord's Pre-Commencement Work is solely delayed by reason of interference with the performance of Landlord's Pre-Commencement Work caused by Xxxxxx performing such work in the Premises at the same time as Landlord or any other act or omission of Tenant, its agents, employees or contractors during such period of early access, such interference shall constitute a Tenant Delay. Such access to the Premises by Tenant prior to the Commencement Date shall not be deemed to be use and occupancy by Tenant of the Premises nor Tenant having taken possession of the Premises for purposes of determining the Commencement Date but shall otherwise be subject to all of the terms of the Lease.
Cabling and Wiring. The design and installation of all cabling and wiring to be provided under this section shall be in accordance with the NEC.
