Common use of Caching Clause in Contracts

Caching. 8.1. Customer expressly (i) grants to ND(J)L a license to cache the entirety of Customer’s Web Site or Web Application, including content supplied by third parties, hosted by ND(J)L under this Agreement and (ii) agrees that such caching is not an infringement of any of Customer intellectual property rights or any third party’s intellectual property rights.
