CAGED ANIMALS. A one-time $100 pet fee will be charged to any tenant that has a Caged Animal on the premises (rabbits, hamsters, snakes, lizards, birds, fish or similar). The Tenant agrees to the terms in the Landlord’s Caged Animal Policy.
