Calculating ADMw and Funding. (a) For each school year, the District shall provide funding to the Charter School in accordance with ORS 338.155(2), as that formula may be changed from time to time, subject to any modifications made by the parties in this Contract. Until the law is changed or the parties otherwise agree by amendment of this Contract, the funding shall be the sum of the following subparagraphs (b) and (c):

Calculating ADMw and Funding. For each school year, the District shall provide funding to the ORVED in accordance with ORS 338.155(2), as that formula may be changed from time to time. The funding shall be 100% of the District’s “Charter School Rate,” as determined by the State of Oregon Department of Education; multiplied by ORVED’s ADMw. The calculation of the additional amounts under ORS 327.013 shall include, but not be limited to, additional weight for each student in average daily membership eligible for and enrolled in English Language Learner program under ORS 336.079. If the District receives funds or services at the District-level related to ORVED’s ADM, the District will, at its discretion, assign funding or services to ORVED as it would any other school in the District.

  • Federal Funding Requirements If this Agreement is funded in whole or in part by the federal government, this section is applicable. It is mutually understood between the parties that this Agreement may have been written for the mutual benefit of both parties before ascertaining the availability of congressional appropriation of funds, to avoid program and fiscal delays that would occur if this Agreement were executed after that determination was made.   • Loan Servicer Lender may take any action permitted under this Security Instrument through the Loan Servicer or another authorized representative, such as a sub-servicer.   • Remittance of Union Dues The amounts deducted in accordance with Article 12.01, shall be remitted to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union by cheque within a reasonable time after deductions are made and shall be accompanied by particulars identifying each employee and the deductions made on his behalf.

  • Settlement Funding and Payments (a) Rite Aid agrees to pay up to twenty million and nine-hundred thousand dollars and no cents ($20,900,000), in order to fully and finally resolve the Wage-Hour Lawsuits in their entirety, inclusive of all Attorneys’ Fees and Lawsuit Costs; interest; Administration Costs; liquidated, punitive and multiplier of damages; taxes; payroll taxes, Employer Payroll Taxes, and Incentive Awards, if any.
