Calculation of Hours. All hours worked during the school year as a school district employee, regardless of bargaining unit, shall count for purposes of establishing eligibility. Employees who are hired later in the school year but are anticipated to work 630 hours or more the following year are eligible for coverage based on the HCA rules for mid-year hires.
