Common use of Calculation of Internal Costs Clause in Contracts

Calculation of Internal Costs. The Internal Costs for a Period is the sum of the amount for each person who is Billable Personnel equal to the product of: (a) the number of hours during which that Billable Personnel was utilised by Aurizon Network in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement during that Period; and (b) the Unit Rate Cost for the Period during which that Period occurs for the Billable Personnel Class to which that Billable Personnel belongs.
