Calculation of notice periods. Where a given number of days’ notice or notice extending over any other period is required to be given, neither the day of giving the notice nor the day upon which the notice will expire shall be reckoned in the number of days or other period.
Calculation of notice periods. For the calculation of Notice periods, the day when notice given shall not be counted as part of the notice period. For example, 7 days' notice for a call on Monday, the 19th would need to be given by Monday, the 12th.
