Examples of Value of the Account in a sentence
The Management Fee will be calculated, billed, and paid quarterly in arrears, based on the Average Month-End Management Fee Rate and the Average Month-End Net Asset Value of the Account as of the last business day of each and all of the three calendar months during the relevant quarter, or in the case of any partial quarterly period, the last day of each calendar month during the relevant period and the last business day of such period.
The advisory fee is calculated as an annualized percentage based on the Net Liquidation Value of the Account applied daily on a 252 business days basis.
Each Certificate of Deposit shall be issued in an amount equal to the Value of the Account which it evidences and shall otherwise be in the form set forth as ATTACHMENT 1 to this Agreement.
The Sub-Adviser shall provide the Custodian and the Adviser with the Market Value of the Account as of the last business day of each quarter and an itemized statement setting forth the calculation of the Sub-Advisory Fee (as defined in the Fee Side Letter) due to the Sub-Adviser in respect of such quarter (a “Market Value and Fee Statement”).

In consideration of the services performed under the Agreement, the Company shall pay the Investment Manager a management fee (the “Management Fee”) equal to 0.30% per annum of the Average Month-End Net Asset Value of the Account, calculated and paid quarterly in arrears.
The amount of the refund to which the Account Owner is entitled under this Paragraph (4) shall be equal to the Redemption Value of the Account at the time the refund is made, minus any applicable fee charged by the Board.
The Board will maintain a separate individual account for each Contract, showing the name of the Beneficiary and the Redemption Value of the Account, including any Withdrawals made from the Account.
