CALEA. Each Party represents and warrants that any equipment, facilities or services provided to the other Party under this Agreement comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (“CALEA”) as amended, including any final orders of the FCC, or final regulations promulgated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice, or any other federal agency pursuant to CALEA.
CALEA. VoIP Office intends to fully comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (“CALEA”). By using the Service, you hereby agree and consent to VoIP Office's right to monitor and otherwise disclose the nature and content of your communications if and as required by CALEA without any further notice to you.
CALEA. Voice Telco Services intends to fully comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act and similar laws (“CALEA”). By using the Service, You hereby agree and consent to Voice Telco Services’ right, pursuant to lawful request by law enforcement or any Governmental Authority, to monitor and otherwise disclose the nature and content of Your communications if and as required by CALEA without any further notice to You. 7 LIMITED WARRANTY; LIMITATION ON LIABILITY; THIRD PARTY SERVICES.
CALEA. Nextiva intends to fully comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (“CALEA”). By using the Service, you hereby agree and consent to Nextiva’s right to monitor and otherwise disclose the nature and content of your communications if and as required by CALEA without any further notice to you.
CALEA. Recognition An applied rate of two percent (2%) above the base rate of pay shall be applied in recognition for being accredited and for the successful maintenance of the accreditation. The application of rate will remain in effect so long as the department remains accredited.

By using the Service, you hereby agree and consent to HopDial’s right to monitor and otherwise disclose the nature and content of your communications if and as required by CALEA without any further notice to you.
CALEA. 22.1. Xxxxx Group intends to fully comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (“CALEA”). By using the Service, you hereby agree and consent to Xxxxx Group’s right to monitor and otherwise disclose the nature and content of your communications if and as required by CALEA without any further notice to you.
CALEA. SMSI represents and warrants to Verizon Wireless that at the time of delivery, all Software delivered hereunder shall be "CALEA Compliant", meaning that they will comply with the provisions of Pub L. 103-414, Title 1, October 25, 1994, 108 Stat 4279 as it may be amended from time to time as well as any regulations or industry standards implementing the provisions of the law. 8.6
CALEA. Community Partner agrees that it is responsible for responding to any requests by government officials for information about the people who access the Internet through the Service provided to Community Partner pursuant to the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act or any other law.
CALEA. Encore intends to fully comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA). By using the Service, the Client hereby agrees and consents to Encore’s right to monitor and otherwise disclose the nature and content of the CLIENT’s communications if an as required by CALEA without any further notice.
