Call-in List. A revolving call-in list will be formed for Maintenance employees who are required to be on call for the weekend and the on-call person will rotate weekly. Maintenance employees will be compensated for a minimum of two (2) hours, which shall be paid at time and one half (1 ½) for any weekend assignments that cause the employee to work over forty (40) hours in the work week. In addition, employees on call for the weekend shall receive a forty-eight dollar ($48) stipend for all hours on call whether they are called into work or not.
