Assignments and Job Postings. 21.1 Employees shall progress through the steps of the salary ranges of their classification in accordance with the procedures of the Employer, as established from time to time, on the basis of satisfactory written recommendations and subject to the approval of the Employer. The Employer agrees to permit employees to examine the said written recommendations upon their completion by the Supervisor or Department Head and will provide a copy of the Assessment Report if so requested.

Assignments and Job Postings. 9.01 The shifts and hours of work shall be offered in order of seniority, within the classification where the work is required to be done. All job postings will include the following; date of posting, hours of work, days of the week, start and stop time of shifts and job duties. Definition of shift(s) is all work performed by an employee on behalf of the Company. There shall be placed in a conspicuous place, a work schedule specifying the name and classifications of each employee, days off of each employee and the starting and finishing time of each employee, and the Company shall keep said schedule up to date. When a position becomes available at a site, the position must be posted within the Unit for a minimum seven (7) days. If a position is required to be filled on a temporary basis and it is known that the position will be vacant of a minimum of sixty (60) days, the temporary position will be posted and awarded based on Seniority within the classification where the work is required to be done.
Assignments and Job Postings. 9.1 Employees hired before the ratification of this Agreement shall work the hours and in the classifications they worked when the Agreement is ratified. Employees hired after the date of this Agreement shall work the hours and in the classifications for which they were hired. Changes in employees’ hours and/or classifications shall occur in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including Articles 8, Seniority, 9, Assignments and Job Postings and 10, Hours and Overtime. This language shall not prevent RNAs and CMAs being assigned to CNA work on a temporary basis.

No employee who has a regular shift assignment on the effective date of the Agreement shall be involuntarily displaced from such shift assignment as a result of this Article.

  • Reassignments A. Basic Principles and Reassignments When it is proposed to:

  • Assignments The Member may at any time assign in whole or in part its limited liability company interest in the Company. If the Member transfers all of its interest in the Company pursuant to this Section 18, the transferee shall be admitted to the Company upon its execution of an instrument signifying its agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All teachers will be given notice of their class and/or subject assignments, responsibility assignments and room assignments for the forthcoming year and not later than July 31. In the event that changes in such schedules, class and/or subject assignments, responsibility assignments or room assignments are proposed after the above dates, all affected teachers will be notified promptly in writing and, upon request of the employee, the changes will be promptly reviewed between the Superintendent or the Superintendent's representative and the teacher.
