Call of Meetings by Corporation or Securityholders. In case at any time the Corporation, pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Directors, or the holders of at least 10% in aggregate principal amount of the Securities then outstanding, shall have requested the Debenture Trustee to call a meeting of Securityholders, by written request setting forth in reasonable detail the action proposed to be taken at the meeting, and the Debenture Trustee shall not have mailed the notice of such meeting within 20 days after receipt of such request, then the Corporation or such Securityholders may determine the time and the place in New York, New York for such meeting and may call such meeting to take any action authorized in Section 8.01, by mailing notice thereof as provided in Section 8.02.
