CalPERS Retiree Disclosure. VENDOR hereby expressly agrees to clearly and conspicuously disclose to City in writing any and all persons working for VENDOR who are retirees under the California Public EmployeesRetirement System (CalPERS) whom receives a monthly CalPERS retirement allowance, and whom are, subject to City approval, assigned by VENDOR to provide services to City under the Agreement, prior to such person performing any services hereunder. Nothing herein shall be deemed or interpreted to limit a CalPERS retiree’s obligations under applicable law, rules or regulations.
