Camera monitoring. In the interest of the travellers and driver(s), CCTV monitoring by the carrier shall be permitted. CCTV monitoring shall be in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens) and the Policy Rules on CCTV Monitoring based on this Act.
