CAMP GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. 12.01 It is recognized that in the interest of all the camp occupants, grievances should be dealt with as expeditiously as possible, irrespective of who is responsible for the operation of the camp. The following grievance procedure has been developed for this purpose. However, this procedure does not preclude the right of any affiliated union to process a grievance under the Grievance Procedure of their respective Collective Agreements.
