Common use of Canadian Citizens or Permanent Resident Candidates Clause in Contracts

Canadian Citizens or Permanent Resident Candidates. (a) The individual recommended for appointment will be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident, unless the Search Committee concludes that none of the candidates who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents possess the minimum qualifications for the position and/or when all such candidates who are offered the position decline the offer.
