CANADIAN SKILLED TRADES COUNCIL DUES. The Employer agrees to deduct one half hour (1/2) hour pay for the Canadian Skill Trades Council. The first deduction to be made from employees from the first pay received after completion of the probation period. Future deductions to be made in January of succeeding years or upon completion of one (1) month’s work in that calendar year to be submitted to the financial secretary of UNIFOR Local 195 along with a list of names for each deduction.
