Client must notify «CompanyName» Tax Relief Advisers LLC in writing by date stamped fax or e-mail of notice of cancellation. 2. Tax Relief Advisers LLC’s total liability to client is limited to the fee paid by the client as evidence in Section 7 of this agreement. 3. The client will not receive a refund should the client fail to perform under this agreement.
