Common use of Cancellation Charges Clause in Contracts

Cancellation Charges. If State Discount Telephone LLC cancels an order for Network Elements or other services, any costs incurred by BellSouth in conjunction with the provisioning of that order will be recovered in accordance with BellSouth’s Private Line Tariff or BellSouth’s XXX Xx. 0 Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 5, as applicable.

Cancellation Charges. If State Discount Telephone LLC Cellutell Communications, Inc. cancels an order for Network Elements or other services, any costs incurred by BellSouth in conjunction with the provisioning of that order will be recovered in accordance with BellSouth’s Private Line Tariff or BellSouth’s XXX Xx. 0 Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 5, as applicable.
