Cancellation of Approval. A bargaining unit member who resigns or is dismissed from employment prior to the completion of an approved course(s) shall not be eligible for reimbursement. A bargaining unit member who is laid off or retires during the course(s) shall be eligible for reimbursement upon successful completion of the course(s).
