CANCELLATION OF DIRECT DEBIT. To cease a Direct Debit, a request must be made in writing with a minimum of 2-weeks’ notice. There are no cancellation fees other than any scheduled payments due within the 14-day period of notification, or the remainder of the initial 6-month contract. Scheduled payments due within this period will be debited in full. No cancellations are available on upfront paid packages. Pulse Fitness reserves the right to cancel a membership where the member has not abided by the terms and conditions of the membership contract, including failed payments.

CANCELLATION OF DIRECT DEBIT. If you cancel the Direct Debit, and we have received written notification of request to cancel the Agreement, considering the notice period required (see 6.1) you will be charged a £25 administration fee in addition to an invoice for an unpaid Direct Debit which is due prior to the cessation date of the Agreement. The outstanding amount will also be subject to interest at 3% APR If written notification is not received (by post or email) and you cancel the Direct Debit, the initial unpaid Direct Debit will be subject to a £25 administration fee and interest at 3% APR. Subsequent unpaid Direct Debits will each be subject to a £10 administration fee and interest at 3% APR. Interest will be charged from the date the payment became due. Until written notification is received, these unpaid Direct Debit amounts will continue to accrue. After a period of 90 days we will proceed to legal action without further notice.

  • Cancellation of Services (a) ARTC will request the HVCCC to inform ARTC on a weekly basis of the total number of cancelled services assigned to the Access Holder in the previous week by the Live Run Superintendent Group, as collated and reported by the HVCCC, and whether the total number of cancellations assigned to the Access Holder in that week has had, in the reasonable opinion of the HVCCC, an impact on Capacity, Coal Chain Capacity or the Capacity entitlement of another access holder in that week.

  • Cancellation of Collocation Request CLEC may cancel a Collocation request prior to the completion of the request by Qwest by submitting a Collocation Cancellation Application. CLEC shall be responsible for payment of all costs incurred by Qwest up to the point when the cancellation is received. Collocation Cancellation is available for all Collocations under a particular billing authorization number (BAN) for which CLEC has not received notification of completion from Qwest. Notice of such cancellation shall be given to the Bank in writing, or by cable or telephone confirmed in writing.
