Cancellation of Payment Orders. The Company may cancel a payment order but the Custodian shall have no liability for the Custodian's failure to act on a cancellation instruction unless the Custodian has received such cancellation instruction at a time and in a manner affording the Custodian reasonable opportunity to act prior to the Custodian's execution of the order. Any cancellation shall be sent and confirmed in the manner set forth in Paragraph 2 above.

Cancellation of Payment Orders. The Fund may cancel a FT Instruction but the Custodian shall have no liability for the Custodian’s failure to act on a cancellation FT Instruction unless the Custodian has received such cancellation FT Instruction at a time and in a manner affording the Custodian reasonable opportunity to act prior to the Custodian’s execution of the original FT Instruction. Any cancellation FT Instruction shall be sent and confirmed by such means as is set forth in Section 3 or 4 above.

Cancellation of Payment Orders. ‌ Payment has taken place when a payment transaction (payment assignment) is approved by the card holder and accepted by the payment system. The credit customer/card holder cannot stop or cancel (revoke) a payment transaction after the card holder has consented to the transaction, using, for example, personal security credentials or signature.
Cancellation of Payment Orders. Customer hereby agrees that if it revokes or cancels any payment order, it will indemnify and hold Bank harmless consistent with the provisions contained in the WT T&Cs and the Agreement, as a result thereof.
