Month Contract. The nine-month contract provides access to the assigned space during the regular academic year, commencing at the beginning of the fall semester and terminating at the end of the spring semester.
Month Contract. This contract is a continuous, rolling six (6) month agreement entitling employee to six (6) months termination pay, at employees current salary, if terminated without cause or without six (6) months written notice.
Month Contract. Adult sweepers on contract for nine (9) months become eligible for two (2) days of sick leave per year, accumulative to ten (10) days and one (1) day of vacation leave per year, accumulative to five (5) days. When the employee reaches his / her tenth year of service with the District, the vacation leave will increase to two (2) days of vacation per year, accumulative to five (5) days.
Month Contract. Administrators employed under a twelve (12) month contract shall work from July 1, through June 30, of each school year.

Month Contract. Partnership shall mean no more than two (2) parties. The contract will be in effect beginning the first day of the school year up to and including the last day of the school year. Summer Care needs shall be contracted through the Monthly Contract as described in Part 3. We understand that we will be billed for each day as contracted in Part 5, at the prescribed rate as set out in Part 2, for each child that we have enrolled in the early learning program We are responsible to pay the contracted fees. Invoices shall be forwarded, via mail, and payments must be received on or before the due date. If you did not receive an invoice, please contact the Municipal Office at 735-2096, Ext. 230. Failure to receive an invoice does not absolve a parent/guardian from responsibility for payment for early learning services or penalty/interest charges. I am responsible for informing the Centre when my child will be late or absent from the Centre. Children listed in the Partnership may switch scheduled days; with notice to the Centre however no changes may eliminate a contracted day. There will be a scheduled closure commencing December 24th at 12:00 noon through January 1st of each year. During these days, we will not be financially responsible for fees. We are responsible for providing the Centre two (2) weeks written notice of termination of the contract. Centers are closed on all Statutory Holidays and Civic Holidays as per the Municipal Policy Manual. Recognized holidays are as follows:

Month Contract. Customer shall pay to Egyptian a monthly fee as selected on Attachment A (plus any applicable taxes), for a minimum term of 24 months beginning no later than (the “Effective Date”). Egyptian shall invoice Customer for the monthly fee on or about the 15th day of each month during the 24 month term, and Customer shall deliver payment of the monthly fee to Egyptian on or before due date specified on Egyptian’s invoice.
Month Contract. All SOIs except the District Supervisor of Technology will follow a ten (10) month contract. SOIs on a ten (10) month contract will be required to work an additional twenty (20) days annually (on an eleven (11) month contract) in the summer following the school year.
Month Contract. The Supervisor of Technology is considered a twelve (12) month position and adheres to the school year calendar.
