Cancellation of Program. In the event of cancellation or termination of the program, the teacher shall be returned to the first available vacancy for which he/she is qualified. During the interim, if any, he/she will continue to receive full pay and benefits until such vacancy occurs, provided he/she accepts assignment to other professional duties for which he/she is qualified.
