Common use of Cancellation/withdrawal of instructions Clause in Contracts

Cancellation/withdrawal of instructions. 8.1. Orders may be cancelled using the Company’s Trading Platform. The Company can also cancel the Client’s instructions if he/she explicitly requests so in writing, provided that the Company has not acted to transmit or arrange for the execution of the order(s) up to the time of the Client’s request. 8.2. Executed instructions may not be withdrawn or amended by the Client. 8.3. The Company shall have no liability for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses, including legal fees, arising directly or indirectly out of the failure of such order(s) to be cancelled.
