Cancelled Departure. ‌ Should departure by airplane be cancelled, adequate accommodation shall be provided each Artist including hotel room between 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. in hotels where the entire company can be called for a flight simultaneously. If the hotel room is not provided free of charge by the airline, the Artist shall not be required to pay for such hotel room if by doing so the Artist would be required to pay for two (2) hotel rooms within a single span of twenty-four (24) hours. The Engager shall reimburse the Artist for the cost of such accommodation which is in excess of the cost of accommodation chosen by the Artist prior to the beginning of the tour in accordance with Clause 41:10. Stop-over ceases when a hotel room is provided as above (between midnight and 8:00 a.m.) but will recommence if a travel call is given before 8:00 a.m. If the journey recommences before 8:00 a.m. at the requirements of the Engager and not due to the airline's rescheduled departure the Artist shall invoice the Engager for additional services at Rate 2 of Clause 13:09(D) for each hour or part thereof in which services were provided prior to 8:00 a.m.

  • Early Departure If Tenant vacates prior to the 30th day of the notice to vacate, Tenant may notify Landlord and surrender all keys. Tenant understands that he/she is still responsible for rent and utilities until the 30th day of the notice to vacate and until the end of the current Agreement term. It shall be the Landlord’s responsibility to put forth reasonable effort to prepare and re-rent the Premises. Landlord agrees to pro-rate rent back to Tenant any rental funds collected from the new Tenant.

  • Arrival and Departure On the day of arrival you can check in from 15:00. On the day of departure you are required to leave the tent by 10:00 am (departures on Sundays are from 17:00). On arrival at the Camp, the Lead Xxxxxx must report to the site administrator. The latter will welcome you and carry out the check in tasks. Upon departure, the Lead Xxxxxx is to sign out before leaving, allowing the site administrator to perform checkout tasks.   • Written Employee Jury Service Policy 1. Unless the Contractor has demonstrated to the County’s satisfaction either that the Contractor is not a “Contractor” as defined under the Jury Service Program (Section 2.203.020 of the County Code) or that the Contractor qualifies for an exception to the Jury Service Program (Section 2.203.070 of the County Code), the Contractor shall have and adhere to a written policy that provides that its Employees shall receive from the Contractor, on an annual basis, no less than five days of regular pay for actual jury service. The policy may provide that Employees deposit any fees received for such jury service with the Contractor or that the Contractor deduct from the Employee’s regular pay the fees received for jury service.

  • Effective January A member who is medically unfit for duty at the time commencement scheduled vacation as a result of an injury or illness 1) compensable under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act and in receipt of benefits from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board or 2) for which medical documentationhas been provided and which has resulted in an approved medical leave or unfit for regular duties each for days or more, shall be entitled to reschedule his vacation, provided the vacation as rescheduled is taken before December of the calendar year in which the injury occurred, or December of that year if approved by the Chief of Police, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. If the member remains medically unfit for duty such that the rescheduled time is not taken by December as aforesaid, the member shall be entitled to choose to either (1) receive in the first pay period of the following calendar year an equal to the salary he would normally receive in respect of the vacation time not taken or (2) carry over the vacation to the following year, to be scheduled as approved by the or his designate. In the event that the member chooses to carry over the vacation to the following year, the time must be taken prior to the end of the following calendar year. In the event that the carried-over is not taken prior to the end of the following calendar year, the member shall receive a payout at the salary rate applicable when the vacation time was earned. It is understood and agreed that regardless of seniority, no scheduling of any carried over vacation time will result in any member's scheduled vacation being cancelled or bumped. A member who is on suspension, either paid or unpaid, at the time of the commencement of his scheduled vacation, shall not be required to report in for the period of his scheduled vacation. A member who is on suspension, either paid or unpaid, and who has not scheduled his vacation for the year shall do so as soon as requested and, once such vacation time is approved, shall not be required to report in during the scheduled vacation time.

  • Rollovers of Settlement Payments From Bankrupt Airlines If you are a qualified airline employee who has received a qualified airline settlement payment from a commercial airline carrier under the approval of an order of a federal bankruptcy court, you are allowed to roll over up to 90 percent of the proceeds to your Traditional IRA, within 180 days after receipt of such amount, or by a later date if extended by federal law. If you make such a rollover contribution, you may exclude the amount rolled over from your gross income in the taxable year in which the airline settlement payment was paid to you. If you are a qualified airline employee who has received a qualified airline settlement payment from a commercial airline carrier under the approval of an order of a federal bankruptcy court in a case filed after September 11, 2001, and before January 1, 2007, you are allowed to roll over any portion of the proceeds into your Xxxx XXX within 180 days after receipt of such amount, or by a later date if extended by federal law.   • Distributions; Xxxxxx Xxx Guaranty On or before each Determination Date (or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable), Xxxxxx Mae shall calculate the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for the current calendar month. On each Distribution Date, Xxxxxx Xxx shall withdraw from the Certificate Account the portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon and shall make the distributions to the Holders of the related Lower Tier Regular Classes in the respective amounts and in the applicable manner determined pursuant to Section 2.02. In the event that the amount on deposit in the Certificate Account on any Distribution Date shall be less than the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon, Xxxxxx Mae shall provide from its own funds the amount of any such insufficiency. In addition, in the event that (i) the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount shall be insufficient to pay all interest due and payable on the related Lower Tier Regular Classes on such Distribution Date or (ii) such Distribution Date is a Final Distribution Date for any Class and the distribution on such Distribution Date of the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount will not be sufficient to reduce the Class Balance of such Class to zero on such Final Distribution Date, then Xxxxxx Xxx shall (a) withdraw from the Certificate Account, such amount as shall be necessary to remedy such insufficiency and (b) to the extent that funds in the Certificate Account shall be insufficient therefor, apply its own funds towards remedying the same.
