Candidate Interview. The Authorized User shall have the right to interview Candidates to determine his/her qualifications. The qualifications must reflect the position of the specific job title requested. The Authorized User reserves the right to reject the Candidate if the Authorized User determines that the Candidate is not qualified based on the referenced job qualifications. The Authorized User reserves the right to conduct in-person interviews for any Candidate placement. An Authorized User shall undertake its best efforts to schedule interviews with identified Candidates within five (5) business days of advising the MSP, if applicable, of the Candidates the Authorized User intends to interview.
