Common use of Capacity funding Clause in Contracts

Capacity funding. The Parties acknowledge and agree that to assist Hesquiaht First Nation to engage in consultation under this Agreement and in consultation under any SEA or RA that addresses but does not provide capacity funding for forest and range related consultation, British Columbia will provide to Hesquiaht First Nation, under section 1.4 of Appendix C, capacity funding of no less than $35,000 per annum.

The Parties acknowledge and agree that to assist Hesquiaht Xxxxxxxxx’xxxxx Haxwa’mis First Nation to engage in consultation under this Agreement and in consultation under consultationunder any SEA or RA that addresses but does not provide capacity funding for forest and range related consultation, British Columbia will provide to Hesquiaht Kwikwasut’inuxw Haxwa’mis First Nation, under section 1.4 of Appendix C, capacity funding of no less than $35,000 per annum.
