Capital Campaigns and Special Fundraising Projects. In addition to Annual Support, the Foundation may raise and expend funds for capital and special projects at ZSFG upon mutual agreement of the Department and the Foundation. The terms and conditions for each such capital campaign and special fundraising request that the Foundation agrees to support will be detailed in addenda to this MOU, as further defined in Article 3 of this MOU.

Capital Campaigns and Special Fundraising Projects. In the event the Department and the Foundation seek to partner to support any capital improvement projects, the Parties will define roles and responsibilities in addenda to this MOU for particular projects, but the Parties generally agree to the following terms regarding capital campaigns and special fundraising projects.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter.   • For Product Development Projects and Project Demonstrations  Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name.  Estimated or actual energy and cost savings, and estimated statewide energy savings once market potential has been realized. Identify all assumptions used in the estimates.  Greenhouse gas and criteria emissions reductions.  Other non-energy benefits such as reliability, public safety, lower operational cost, environmental improvement, indoor environmental quality, and societal benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of the project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.
