CAPITAL FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT COSTS. The County agrees to provide financing for WCRAS Capital Facilities and Equipment, except as described in section 6 herein. The costs of the Capital Facilities and Equipment, shall be amortized over the standardized life of said facilities and equipment and incrementally charged to the Parties as part of the monthly Maintenance and Operation Expenses referenced herein. Capital Facilities and Equipment are defined as any facilities or equipment that have a useful life of greater than one year and cost more than $10,000.
