Accrued (and theretofore unpaid) interest shall be payable (i) in respect of each Base Rate Loan, quarterly in arrears on each Quarterly Payment Date, (ii) in respect of each Eurodollar Loan, on the last day of each Interest Period applicable thereto and, in the case of an Interest Period in excess of three months, on each date occurring at three month intervals after the first day of such Interest Period and (iii) in respect of each Loan, on any repayment or prepayment (on the amount repaid or prepaid), at maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise) and, after such maturity, on demand.

Maximum Accrual Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in four (4) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached. When an employee’s vacation reaches the maximum level, and if the employee has been denied vacation during the twelve (12) months, the employee will be paid for the time denied but no more than eighty (80) hours in a pay period. 80 hours 320 hours 120 hours 480 hours 160 hours 640 hours 180 hours 720 hours 200 hours 800 hours 240 hours 960 hours
Vacation Accrual Regular employees shall accrue hours of vacation with pay for each hour of compensation to a maximum of eighty (80) hours per biweekly work period according to the following schedule, commencing with the employee's hire date of his latest period of County employment.
Protective Payments If Borrower fails to obtain the insurance called for by Section 6.7 or fails to pay any premium thereon or fails to pay any other amount which Borrower is obligated to pay under this Agreement or any other Loan Document, Bank may obtain such insurance or make such payment, and all amounts so paid by Bank are Bank Expenses and immediately due and payable, bearing interest at the then highest rate applicable to the Obligations, and secured by the Collateral. Bank will make reasonable efforts to provide Borrower with notice of Bank obtaining such insurance at the time it is obtained or within a reasonable time thereafter. No payments by Bank are deemed an agreement to make similar payments in the future or Bank’s waiver of any Event of Default.
Leave Accrual After the first 30 days of active military service in any one calendar year, employees shall not accrue City-paid vacation, holiday, or sick leave benefits or other forms of paid leave; provided, however, that any public employee on military leave for intermittent training periods shall continue to accrue the same vacation, sick, and holiday leave up to a maximum period of 180 cumulative days per calendar year as if the employee had not been on military leave.
ACCRUED AND UNPAID AMOUNTS After giving effect to the withdrawals and transfers to be made in accordance with this notice, the following amounts will be accrued and unpaid with respect to all Monthly Periods preceding the current calendar month. 1. Subsection 4.06(a): The aggregate amount of all unreimbursed Class A Investor Charge-Offs $ 2. Subsection 4.06(a), (b) and 4.08(a): The aggregate amount by which the Class B Invested Amount has been reduced pursuant to clauses (c), (d) and (e) of the definition thereof $ 3. Reimbursement Payments The Department shall, to the extent funds are available, reimburse the Grantee for eligible claims presented for payment if the Department determines the requirements for reimbursement have been met. Claims under this Contract can only be made for the period this Contract is in effect. Reimbursement programs include the following: 4.3.1. Title IV-E Federal Xxxxxx Care Program (Grant “E”). In accordance with the requirements detailed in the specific grant requirements, the Department shall reimburse the Grantee under Xxxxx E the maximum federal dollar share for the following: xxxxxx care maintenance claims for eligible juvenile probation children, dir ect administrative claims, and enhanced administrative claims. Upon review and approval of supporting documentation, the Department shall reimburse the Grantee as requests for reimbursement are presented for payment provided there is sufficient Title IV-E grant award authority against which to process presented claims and providing said funds are being reimbursed to the Department by Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS) via the interagency agreement. To be eligible for reimbursement, all costs must be reasonable, allowable, and properly allocated for support of the xxxxxx care program. A direct or enhanced administrative claim is not eligible for reimbursement if the basis of the claim has funding from any other federal source. 4.3.2. JJAEP Program (Grant "P"). Grantees eligible for reimbursements under Xxxxx X shall receive a share of the initial $1,500,000 distribution based on each Grantee's share of the total juvenile population for each school year for the current contract period. Additional funds will be distributed at a rate not to exceed $96 per eligible student attendance day for students who are required to be expelled pursuant to Chapter 37 of the Texas Education Code and who meet the Targeted Grant requirements. The Grantee will not be able to receive the additional funds until the initial amount allocated is earned at the rate of $86 per eligible student attendance day. Payments to the Grantee by the Department shall be limited to no more than 180 days of operation during each regular school year for the current contract period.
Vacation Accrual Rates Laid off employees who are re-employed shall have the vacation accrual rate they held immediately prior to layoff restored.
Sick Leave Accrual All eligible employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of four (4) hours per pay period of continuous employment beginning with their date of eligibility. Eligible employees being paid for less than a full eighty (80) hour pay period shall have sick leave accruals pro-rated in accord with the schedule set forth in Appendix D.
