Capped Price. Buyer pays for each therm of natural gas delivered each month at a monthly price that is capped at $0.811 per therm. Monthly natural gas price is determined by taking the month’s PG&E Citygate Monthly Index Price (as published in Natural Gas Intelligence, Inc. - xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) plus Seller’s risk management fee of $0.069 per therm and the monthly Stranded Pipeline Capacity Charge (SPCC) of $0.025 per therm. Buyer’s monthly price paid to Seller does not include Utility’s shrinkage allowance. BLEND & EXTEND: On a monthly basis, Buyer may request Seller to provide an additional twelve (12) months to existing Agreement.
