Card Replacement and Expiration. If you need to replace your Card for any reason, please contact Customer Service. See Long Form for applicable fees. Please note that your Card has a “Valid Thru” date on the front of the Card. You may not use the Card after the “Valid Thru” date on the front of your Card. However, even if the “Valid Thru” date has passed, the available funds on your Card do not expire. You will not be charged a fee for replacement cards that we send due to expiration of the Card.

Card Replacement and Expiration. If you need to replace your Card for any reason, please visit the website or Mobile App or contact Customer Service (fees may apply, see the Fee Schedule). You will be required to provide personal information which may include your Card number, full name, transaction history, and similar information to help us verify your identity. Please see the Fee Schedule for any applicable fees to replace your Card. Please note that your Card has a “Card Expires” date on the front of the Card. You may not use the Card after the “Card Expires” date on the front of your Card. You will not be charged a fee for replacement Cards that we send due to expiration of the Card. If you lose your Card prior to registering your Account, you are not eligible to receive a replacement Card. However, upon your providing us with proof of purchase of the Card, we will mail you a refund check in the amount of your balance. How to Notify Us of Lost or Stolen Card, Access Device, PIN or Unauthorized Transfers. If you believe your Card or any other Access Device has been lost or stolen, call: 0-000-000-0000 or xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx. You should also call the number or email address listed above if you believe a transfer has been made using the information from your Card or Access Device without your permission.
Card Replacement and Expiration. We may issue a new Card in our discretion, including if we determine there is a risk to the security of your Spending Account or Card. You may be required to provide personal information so we can verify your identity.   • Card Expiration The Card will expire no sooner than the date printed on the back of it.
