Expedited Shipping. UC may, on occasion require expedited shipping. As such, Seller shall notify the UC of the increase in cost. It is the sole discretion of the UC to accept the additional cost if applicable. The provision shall apply only to orders for routine off the shelf items. If Customer requests (and SKYWIRE agrees) that purchased items shall be shipped within five (5) business days of the order, then the rush processing fees indicated below will apply. The shipper may also impose additional charges for express service. Lead Time Surcharge 24 hours $100 for every 3 item lines 48 hours $50 for every 3 item lines 5 business days or less 5% of order value (max. $500) 29. Exclusivity of Manufacturer Warranty. SKYWIRE assigns and Customer accepts the assignment of any warranties or representations made by the third-party manufacturers or suppliers of the Hardware. The assignment is effective only upon Customer’s payment in full for the Hardware. Should any part of the Hardware subject to a supplier or manufacturer warranty prove to be defective in material or workmanship, Customer’s exclusive rights and remedies are as provided in the supplier’s or manufacturer’s warranty, and SKYWIRE shall have no liability to Customer thereby. CUSTOMER SHALL SEND ALL REQUESTS FOR WARRANTY SERVICE DIRECTLY TO THE PRODUCT SUPPLIER OR MANUFACTURER AND NOT TO SKYWIRE. Customer bears all shipping costs associated with returns for warranty service unless the manufacturer/supplier warranty provides otherwise. Repair or replacement is at the discretion of the manufacturer or supplier. SKYWIRE is not responsible for any failure by the original manufacturer or supplier to honor its warranty for any reason whatsoever, and all issues regarding warranty service should be addressed directly to the manufacturer or supplier.   • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.

  • PACKING AND SHIPPING a. Seller shall pack the goods and materials to prevent damage and deterioration. Unless otherwise set forth in this Contract, Seller shall package the goods in accordance with the requirements of Boeing Document D37522-6 “Supplier Packaging”. Buyer may charge Seller for damage to or deterioration of any goods resulting from improper packing or packaging.

  • SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS All delivered Equipment and Products must be properly packaged. Damaged Equipment and Products may be rejected. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of delivery, Supplier must permit the Equipment and Products to be returned within a reasonable time at no cost to Sourcewell or its Participating Entities. Participating Entities reserve the right to inspect the Equipment and Products at a reasonable time after delivery where circumstances or conditions prevent effective inspection of the Equipment and Products at the time of delivery. In the event of the delivery of nonconforming Equipment and Products, the Participating Entity will notify the Supplier as soon as possible and the Supplier will replace nonconforming Equipment and Products with conforming Equipment and Products that are acceptable to the Participating Entity. Supplier must arrange for and pay for the return shipment on Equipment and Products that arrive in a defective or inoperable condition. Sourcewell may declare the Supplier in breach of this Contract if the Supplier intentionally delivers substandard or inferior Equipment or Products.

  • Expedites 53.13.1 If expedited service is requested, CLEC will populate the “Expedite” and “Expedite Reason” fields on the LSR. CenturyLink reserves the right to refuse an expedite request if resources are not available. If an expedite request is granted, applicable expedite Service Order charges, as set forth on Table 1, will apply.

  • Packaging and Shipment All articles are to be packed in accordance with sound commercial practices to obtain the lowest transportation rates unless otherwise specified in the NETAPP purchase order and comply with requirements of common carriers. Shipments will be valued so as to obtain the lowest transportation rate and must be made by NETAPP's choice of common carrier if specified in the purchase order. Transportation insurance for loss or damage will not be purchased by NETAPP unless specifically directed. Excess transportation costs resulting from failure to comply with the provisions of this paragraph will be debited to Seller's account. Unless otherwise specified in the NETAPP purchase order, packaging must conform to NETAPP's specifications and should be constructed for handling with a mechanical device. A complete packing list specifying NETAPPs applicable purchase order number, quantity of Goods shipped, and part number shall be enclosed with all shipments hereunder. Seller shall mark each container with necessary lifting, loading and shipping information, including the NETAPP purchase order number, date of shipment, and name and address of consignor and consignee. Seller shall bear the expense of any premium transportation charges unless otherwise agreed. Prepaid transportation charges appearing on Xxxxxx's invoice must be supported by a paid freight bill and bill of lading.

  • Dispatching CONTRACTOR shall provide qualified and trained personnel to: • Schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the service hour schedules and scheduled trips for each day; • Assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on-time, providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed; • Monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner; and, • Ensure that unanticipated service demands, passenger and vehicle accidents, other events and general service delivery are handled and performed in accordance with OoA policies and procedures. Dispatching staff are to be on-duty from the time the first SNEMT vehicle is in service until the last SNEMT vehicle is out of service. Dispatch staff will also ensure that: • All voice radio communications that pertain to SNEMT comply with FCC rules and regulations, and that regulations are enforced; • Average hold times on ride check calls are maintained at no more than two (2) minutes; and The OoA “no stranded passengers” policy is enforced.

  • Drop Shipped Off loaded by carrier to an Agency loading dock or designated area. There will be no charge to the ordering Agency for this delivery method.
