Common use of Card Use Clause in Contracts

Card Use. Once approved, you will receive a line of credit with a credit limit determined by us. You agree that your credit limit is the maximum amount (purchases, cash advances, interest charges, plus other charges) that you will have outstanding on your account at any one time. If you are over your credit limit, you must pay the amount you are over before payments will begin to restore your credit limit. You may use your card(s) for goods and services from merchants and others who accept Visa. However, this Visa account may not be used for any illegal transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction.
