Card Balances. You may only use the Card when there is a balance available on the Card and only up to the amount left on the Card and any transaction fee due. All use at an ATM or for purchases will be deducted from your Card, including any transaction fees. Any transaction made that exceeds the available balance will be declined. The Card does not permit you to overdraw any account that you may own, and any activity on the Card that exceeds the value stored on the Card will normally be rejected. In addition, if the Card does not have sufficient value stored for a transaction, the entire transaction will be rejected. However, there can be times when a VISA merchant processes a transaction against the Card without prior authorization. If an overdraft occurs, you will be required to either reload funds onto the Card or make a payment to us to cover the negative amount. In all cases, you authorize us to withdraw sufficient funds from any of your deposit accounts to cover any negative amount that may arise. Some merchants may, subject to limits, allow you to use your Card for cash back on purchases, and cash may be advanced at financial institutions. Cash back is only available at US merchants with your Card; it is not available at international merchants.

Card Balances. You are responsible for knowing the balance available on your card at all times. Merchants will not have knowledge of the available balance on your card, so you need to know the balance prior to making purchases. You may obtain information about the money you have remaining on your card by calling 000-000-0000. This information, along with an 18 month history of account transactions, is also available online at xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx. You also have the right to obtain at least 18 months of written history of account transactions by calling 000-000-0000, or by writing us at X.X. Xxx 000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. You will not be charged a fee for this information.

  • Leave Balances The President and Vice-President will accrue vacation and sick leave during the period of absence; however, when the President and Vice−President return to state service their leave balances will not exceed their leave balances on the date the period of absence commenced. If the President or Vice-President retire or separate from state service at the end of the period of absence, their leave balances will not exceed their leave balances on the date the period of absence commenced. Reporting of leave will be submitted to the College. All leave requests will be submitted within the required time limits.

  • Credit Balances No interest or other amount will be paid by the Custodian on any credit balance on an Allocated Account.

  • Negative Balances If your Stripe Account balance (or the Stripe Account balance of any User Group Entity) is negative, or does not contain funds sufficient to pay amounts that you (or a User Group Entity) owe to Stripe, its Affiliates or Customers, then without limiting Stripe’s rights under Sections 4.2 and 4.3 of the General Terms, Stripe may debit the User Bank Accounts by the amount necessary to collect, and pay out to Customers if applicable, the amounts you owe.

  • Free Credit Balances Your selection of a sweep program above will not be effected until your Account paperwork has been accepted by LPL as being in good order. Until such time, available cash balances (from securities transactions, dividend and interest payments, deposits and other activities) will not be automatically swept and will be held as a free credit balance. A free credit balance is a liability of LPL and payable to the Account on demand. Interest will not be paid to the Account on free credit balances. Unless we hear from you to the contrary, it is our understanding that any free credit balances held in your Account are pending investment. Free credit balances may be used by LPL in the ordinary course of its business subject to the requirements of Rule 15c3-3 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The use of customer free credit balances generally generates revenue for LPL in the forms of interest and income, which LPL retains as additional compensation for its services to its clients. Under these arrangements, LPL will generally earn interest or a return based on short-term market interest rated prevailing at the time. If you are acting on behalf of a Plan, the Responsible Plan Fiduciary agrees that it has independently determined that holding cash balances, pending LPL’s acceptance of the Account, as a free credit balance, which does not earn income for the Plan, is both (i) reasonable and in the best interests of the Plan and (ii) that the Plan receives no less, nor pays no more, than adequate consideration with respect to this arrangement. If the Responsible Plan Fiduciary chooses to avoid holding un-invested cash as a free credit balances, the Plan should not fund the Account until after the Account paperwork has been accepted by LPL as being in good order.

  • PayPal balance The operational part of your account contains your PayPal balance, which is the balance of money available for payments or withdrawals. When you use our payment service to pay another user, you instruct us to transfer the money from your PayPal balance to the recipient’s account. You need to have enough PayPal balance in cleared funds to cover the amount of any payment you make and the transaction fees you owe us at the time of the payment. Other requirements also apply – see the section Making a Payment below. If you have insufficient PayPal balance or have chosen a preferred funding source you are also requesting us to obtain funds on your behalf from your applicable funding source and issue electronic money to your PayPal balance for your payment to be made. When you withdraw your money you need to have enough PayPal balance to cover the value of any withdrawal at the time of the withdrawal. See Adding or Withdrawing Money to know how to get a PayPal balance and how to withdraw it. If your PayPal balance shows a negative amount, this is the net amount you owe to us at the given time. Reserve account Money marked in your account overview as “pending”, “uncleared”, “held” or otherwise restricted or limited at any given time is held in the part of your account which acts as a reserve account. You cannot access and use money stored in the reserve account.

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

  • Account Balances Balances shown in your accounts may include deposits subject to verification by us. The balance reflected in the Service may differ from your records due to deposits in progress, checks outstanding, or other withdrawals, payments or charges. A transfer request may not result in immediate availability because of the time required to process the request. A transfer request must be made before the Business Day Cut-off time to be effective the same Business Day. The balances within the Service are updated periodically and the Service will display the most current "as of" date on the "accounts" summary page. There may be situations that cause a delay in an update of your balances. The Service will use the most current balance available at the time of a transaction to base our approval for account transfers.

  • Multiple Accounts 3.2.1 Calculations, reporting and administration may be performed by us separately for each of your Accounts, so that (without limitation):

  • Minimum Balance Merchant agrees to maintain a minimum balance of funds in the Settlement Account as Bank may specify to Merchant in writing from time to time.

  • Available Balance Each time you use your Card, you authorize us to reduce the value available on your Card by the amount of the transaction and any applicable fees, taxes or other charges assessed by the merchant. Transactions that exceed the remaining balance on your Card are prohibited and should be declined at the point of sale. If, notwithstanding an insufficient balance, an authorization is received by the merchant or the merchant uses other means to proceed with the transaction, then you agree to reimburse us for any amount in excess of the Card balance for such a transaction. Refunds for Purchases Made with the Card. Any refund for goods or services purchased with the Card will be made in the form of a credit to the Card and pursuant to the refund policy of the merchants where such goods or services were purchased. If you receive a credit, the credit may not be added to the available funds on the Card for seven (7) business days. You are not entitled to receive a cash refund. Disputes with Merchants. We are not responsible for the delivery, quality, safety, legality or any other aspect of goods and services that you purchase from others with your Card. All such disputes should be addressed to the merchants from whom the goods and services were purchased.
