ATM Transactions. You may use your ATM card to make deposits and withdrawals from your checking, money market, or statement savings account. There is a daily limit of $750.00 per card, or your available balance, whichever is less, for withdrawals. You may use your ATM card to check the balance(s) in your deposit account(s) and to transfer funds between your checking, money market, and statement savings accounts. Some of these services may not be available at all terminals.
ATM Transactions. Upon approval, you may use your VISA Debit Card and your Personal Identification Number ("PIN") in automated teller machines of the Credit Union and the VISA ATM network, CO-OP, PLUS and such other machines or facilities we may designate. At the present time, you may use your Card to make the following transactions on your accounts: • Withdraw cash from your savings and checking accounts. • Obtain balance information on your accounts. • Other transactions as offered and permitted in the future.

ATM Transactions. 11.1 Cardholder should use the preferred PIN to enable the Cardholder to obtain Cash Advances and/or Cash Withdrawals via the ATM. The Cardholder shall not disclose the PIN to any other person under any circumstances. 11.2 BSN shall not be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, inconvenience or embarrassment suffered by the Cardholder including but not limited to instances where the Card is not honoured or accepted for use or where the Card is retained by the ATMs or where transactions cannot be effected or are erroneously effected due to reasons not attributed to BSN’s technical defects. BSN technical defects exclude breakdown, stoppage or closure, interruption or loss of power supply to ATMs. 11.3 The operating hours, type of operations, facilities and Services available to the Cardholder as well as the frequency and manner of the use of the Card to effect transactions via the ATM shall be determined by BSN from time to time. 11.4 If the Card is used at an ATM to operate the Cardholder’s Other Accounts the use of the Card on the Cardholder’s Other Accounts shall also be subject to BSN’s prevailing terms and conditions governing the Cardholder’s Other Accounts.
ATM Transactions. At the ATM, insert your ATM card and enter the PIN that you established for the Card to (i) withdraw cash from, deposit money in, transfer funds between, or learn the balances in your accounts, or (ii) use funds from your accounts to make payments on your Commerce credit cards, lines of credit or loans. Some or all of these features may not be available at all non-Commerce ATMs and some ATMs may allow you to perform other functions not mentioned here, including the ability to make purchases (e.g. stamps). If at any time you use a non-Commerce ATM to request to take money from an account that you do not have or if the non-Commerce ATM does not prompt you to select a specific account from which to take the money, then you agree that Commerce will attempt to comply with your request by providing you with money from one of your open accounts. Cash withdrawals may be taken from any open deposit account owned by you.
ATM Transactions. Provided you have sufficient available funds in your account, you may use your Card at an ATM up to a maximum of five (5) transactions, or to withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in cash, whichever comes first, each twenty-four (24) hour period from your savings or checking accounts. Minimum withdrawal amounts, and increment amounts may vary depending on the network or ATM you access. For example, the minimum withdrawal and increment amount is generally $20.00.

ATM Transactions. You can get a receipt at the time you make any transfer to or from your Account using one of our ATM’s.
ATM Transactions. (1) Vault Cash placed in an ATM shall be dispensed only to customers of participants in the Networks by means of an access device approved by, and subject to an acceptable contractual arrangement with, FBT and pursuant to agreements between FBT and the institutions participating in the Networks. All computer access, processing, and transmissions at the ATMs will be done at ATM Owner's cost. (2) ATM Owner shall at all times abide by, and operate in accordance with, all applicable laws, rules and regulations with respect to the ATMs, including rules and regulations requiring consumer disclosures and warnings, rules relating to the ownership and operation of ATMs including the by-laws and operating regulations of the Networks, Regulation E of the Federal Reserve Board (12 CFR 205 et seq.), ATM safety laws, and all other applicable federal and state laws. (3) FBT shall establish from time to time cash limits for each ATM covered by this Agreement. The cash limit shall be determined on estimated cash needs for each ATM with restocking of approximately two (2) times per month or upon a schedule mutually agreed to by FBT and ATM Owner. FBT may, from time to time, in its sole discretion, which discretion may be unreasonably withheld, agree to allow Vault Cash in excess of the cash limit for any particular ATM upon the request of ATM Owner based upon seasonal use and needs of a particular ATM. Notwithstanding the foregoing, FBT shall have no liability if inadequate Vault Cash is in an ATM at any time. The owner may use insurance benefits due owner to the extent any loss is subject to insurance coverage. (4) ATM Owner shall also obtain and maintain at ATM Owner's expense all permits and licenses required to operate each ATM.

The Customer shall be able to perform banking transactions found appropriate by the Bank over the Bank’s ATMs with cards issued in his name and/or without such cards to the extent the Bank’s available systems allow him to, by using biometrical methods and advanced security tools or without using any of the aforementioned. 16.2. Since unjust enrichment shall be the case if the Bank determines that excessive/ duplicate payments are made to the Customer, the Customer agrees that in such case he shall immediately return such amounts upon request and that otherwise a default interest to be applied by the Bank for commercial loans within the term starting with the request date and the date on which such amounts are returned. 16.3. The Customer agrees and undertakes that all transactions to be made by himself through the ATMs of the Bank and/ or other banks connected to international card systems which the Bank is a direct member of, while performing such transactions without signature by the use of the debit card given by the Bank, the credit card, pre-payment cards and/ or without said cards through any of the Bank’s ATMs and within the limits granted to himself by the Bank and all transactions made thereby can be evidenced by the books, documents and computer records. 16.4. The Customer agrees and declares that his responsibilities concerning his card shall start with the receipt of said card or the notification of the card number, which does not have any physical presence. 16.5. The Customer agrees and declares that in the event the ATM/ debit card or password information as given by the Bank are lost, stolen, taken by force and/ or if he finds out that transactions have been made by the use thereof without his will, he shall call the Call Center of the Bank by dialing +00 000 000 0 000 and +00 000 000 00 00 immediately or by written notification (The Customer shall be responsible for the losses incurred due to illegal uses made before the notification of the Bank. The Customer will be able to request insurance for the liability amount related to the loss incurred due to illegal usage before notification, provided that insurance premiums have been paid.) and that all transactions made over his account until the Bank changes his card and passwords shall be considered to have been made by himself, The Customer agrees and declares that in the event he fails to immediately notify the Bank of these matters or fails to make any notifications related thereto a...
