Common use of Card Use Clause in Contracts

Card Use. a) We have established the Account in your name and upon your request. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Corporate Cardmember Agreement provided to each person who becomes a Corporate Cardmember. The current Corporate Cardmember Agreement is enclosed in the Corporate Card Carrier and is made a part of this Agreement.
