Common use of Cardholders Clause in Contracts

Cardholders. Cardholder means you and any persons you authorize to use the Card. Each Cardholder will receive a Card with a unique 16 digit card number. Each Card will bear the business name as well as the name of the individual Cardholder. You agree to provide each Cardholder with a copy of this Agreement. Each Cardholder is jointly and severally liable with you for all Transactions made with all Cards issued at your request now or in the future. If a Cardholder leaves your employ, the Cardholder remains liable for Transactions made on the Cards until the Cardholder notifies us to block the Cards and prevent further use.
