CARE OF BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT. Applicant and its agents shall not injure, deface or damage hotel or the Exhibit Area building or equipment, walls, ceilings, carpet, floors of the building, the Exhibit Area, the Space, the booths or booth equipment. If such damage appears, Applicant is liable to the owner of the property so damaged.
